RESERVATION & PAYMENT: You can request a booking by clicking the tag labeled “BOOK IT!" and entering the required information or calling us at 951-337-8976. After your reservation has been accepted, you will receive an email stating that your desired time slot will be held for 14 days from the acceptance until the booking has been confirmed with payment. A deposit payment of $50 is required and can be made with a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to confirm your booking. Payment can be remitted by clicking the "Book Now" icon or by calling 951-337-8976. Other payment arrangements are possible. However, Triple O Lazer Tag reserves the right not to accept unless mutually agreeable.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking. You'll need to make a payment 14 days before your booking unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $50 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled 48 before your event date.
PRIVACY POLICY: Triple O Lazer Tag is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information collected on the site to make booking as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others; your credit card information is not stored in our system.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE: A modest Travel Surcharge may be applied for locations over 20 miles from the 92582 zip code.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Triple O Lazer Tag requires every participant to have a signed Waiver before participating. All participants under the age of 18 are required to have the signature of their parent or legal guardian. The Game Sergeant will collect signed Waivers before starting your event.
INDOOR/OUTDOOR: The beauty of Triple O Lazer Tag is that we come to you and set up indoors or outdoors for your scheduled event. Although we can accommodate a space of any size, we recommend a space where the participants can hide.
PLAYING SURFACE: Triple O Lazer Tag requires that clients ensure that all playing surfaces are dry and clear of debris for the safety of all event participants. The best surface is grass; however, harder surfaces (e.g., tile, concrete, asphalt, etc.) are also playable surfaces for any laser tag event. Our gear is safe; however, for obvious reasons, we are not responsible for any injuries. All participants are required to sign a
FACE PAINTS: Triple O Lazer Tag provides each participant with a tagger, sensors, and a tactical vest to wear. No face paint is allowed by any participant as it can cause damage to our gear. Game Sergeants have the right to disqualify any player that does not adhere to this policy.
BAD WEATHER: There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with our scheduled party. Nevertheless, we can have the event in light rain or cold, as long as the ground surface is safe. In the event of bad weather (i.e., moderate to heavy rain, lightning, high winds, snow, ice, or severe cold), we reserve the right to reschedule your event for the safety of clients, guests, and staff and Triple O Lazer Tag equipment. If this should occur, the event will be rescheduled with no fee to a date mutually agreed upon by the customer and us. If possible, customers are asked to secure a secondary, indoor location in case of bad weather.
ADULT SUPERVISION: Adults can enjoy the fun, but no adult supervision is required! Our Game Sergeant runs each event/party. Their job is to share expert tips, motivate, and supervise the play. However, Triple O Lazer Tag asks that a parent or responsible adult be on the premises during the party if any guests under age 16 participate in the event.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS: Alcohol may be served at a Triple O Lazer Tag party or event; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served irresponsibly. The sole objective of this policy is to protect the customers, guests, Triple O Lazer Tag associates, and our equipment. Illegal drugs of any sort will not be tolerated at a Triple O Lazer Tag event, and any observed use of illegal drugs will result in the immediate termination of the event.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: Triple O Lazer Tag or any of its agents is not responsible for damage to any property resulting from a request or permission by the client to set up and play laser tag in a specified location. This includes both above and below-ground property or equipment damage. Further, Triple O Lazer Tag reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to any equipment resulting from willful or careless treatment by the client and the guests.
INJURIES/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Triple O Lazer Tag and its agents assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the client's and host's sole responsibility. By remitting payment to confirm the service contract, the client acknowledges taking full legal responsibility for each guest attending the event and agrees to hold Triple O Lazer Tag and its agents faultless of any liability in conjunction with the party or event.
TIPS: Game Sergeants ensure your guests have the best time possible during your Triple O Lazer Tag event. They tutor, inspire and entertain. Therefore tipping for excellent service and a fantastic party experience is always appreciated.
